As a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Neil serves on the Public Protection Fund Committee, which works to reimburse victims of theft committed by other attorneys. 

Neil attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated magna cum laude. While there, he received several awards, including the school’s Best Oral Advocate Award and various Jurisprudence awards. He also was selected as a representative from Suffolk University Law School to participate in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Neil gathered unique professional experience as a police officer prior to becoming a lawyer and enjoys hockey, skiing, hiking, fishing, and camping.
