My law practice is limited exclusively to bankruptcy law and other financial matters for Vermont consumers.
When you call me, you’ll talk to me, your lawyer; not some secretary, paralegal, assistant, or other second fiddle. I answer my calls, meet with you, personally prepare all of your legal documents, and am at your side in court.
With offices in Williston and the Mad River Valley, I serve consumers in all of Northern Vermont (Addison, Caledonia, Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, and Washington Counties). Can’t make it to my office? I’ll come to you! (Note – cleared fee must be received before I make a house call).
I’ll perform a detailed analysis of your financial situation and provide counseling at no charge to you.
Get a Chapter 7 fresh start for just $665 (plus $335 court filing fee). Consumers who earn less that 300% of the federal poverty level pay even less. I think that this is the lowest fee in the state. It includes all consultations, preparation of the bankruptcy petition, and representation throughout the bankruptcy process.
All fees are refundable until I file a complete petition with schedules on your behalf.
