Biography
Nick grew up in Juneau. He went to school at Mendenhall River Community School, Floyd Dryden Middle School, and graduated from Juneau Douglas High School in 1997.
Before opening his law office, Nick was an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Alaska for almost eight years. Nick was a prosecutor in Ketchikan from 2007-2012 and in Juneau from 2012-2015. He handled all types of cases from speeding tickets to homicides, and he was the primary prosecutor for fish and game offenses during his time in both Ketchikan and Juneau.
Nick has conducted and won jury trials in Craig, Haines, Hoonah, Juneau, Kake, Ketchikan, and Petersburg, and in front of every judge in Southeast Alaska.
