Nicholas Arcamone is an Associate of Clark Hill, LLP, where he focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation.  Prior to joining the ranks of Clark Hill, Nick's main areas of practice included business litigation, contracts, and construction law.  From 2013 to 2016, Nick worked for a prestigious San Diego law firm specializing in federal contract and construction litigation, where he represented contractors, subcontractors and sureties in multiple state and federal jurisdictions. 

Nick is admitted to practice in the State of California, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Northern, and Central Districts of California.  He has also practiced in pro hac vice capacity in the federal districts of New Mexico, Oregon, and Eastern Washington.

Prior to practicing law, Nick served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army.
