Nick is a Fellow and a member of the state committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Past President of the Indiana Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”). He is AV rated (highest possible rating for preeminent legal ability and ethics) by Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys. He was named the Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association in 2010 and the Best Lawyers, Lawyer of the Year, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions-Plaintiffs in 2017. He has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer by Indianapolis Magazine in every year since 2006 and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, Personal Injury Plaintiffs, in every year since 2010.
