Biography
Attorney Kepple has been practicing law for over twenty four years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Assumption College, a Masters of Arts in Political Science from Drew University, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Bridgeport (Quinnipiac) School of Law. Mr. Kepple counts among his areas of expertise extensive knowledge of municipal law, land use, real estate transactions, business litigation, criminal practice and administrative law. He has engaged in practice before municipal boards, commissions, and state trial courts on behalf of municipalities, land owners, and developers. He has represented the towns of Waterford, Eastford, Sprague, Voluntown, Sterling, Canterbury, Salem and Windham, and acted as special counsel for East Hartford, Ashford, and New Fairfield.
He served as Selectman for the Town of Stonington for four years, and is a past President of the Mystic Chamber of Commerce. He has served as the Chair of the Municipal Law and Government Service Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association, is a past president of the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys, a past state chair of the International Municipal Law Association, and is a member of the New London County Bar Association.
Attorney Kepple has been married for thirty eight years to Noreen McCarthy Kepple and is the proud father of four grown children, Benjamin, Rebekah, Jocelyn, and Michala.
