Nic Gerschman leads Morgan & Morgan’s premises liability practice group in New York.

Nic graduated from Yale Law School in 2016 followed by a clerkship for two federal judges. He then went on to work at the number one ranked commercial litigation law firm in the country, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, litigating multi billion-dollar suits against major banks.

These experiences taught Nic to litigate at the highest levels. But Nic’s passion has always been to fight for the people, not the powerful. Today, Nic exclusively represents injured people.
