Nick is a business transactional attorney that predominately handles acquisitions and sales. He also supports clients on corporate matters that arise in the course of conducting business such as entity formation, contracts and real estate. He has a specialty carved out for himself in handling professional practice transitions. 

Nick earned his B.A. in Political Science and Minor in German from the University of Michigan. While in law school, He served as the Executive Editor of the Business and Commercial Law Journal, assisted teaching first-year legal writing classes and was elected Secretary of the Student Bar Association.  Additionally, Nick spent a summer semester abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia focusing on anti-trust and competition law.
