Biography
Nicholas J. Ferraro is a top San Diego employment attorney and founding partner of Ferraro Vega Employment Lawyers. His passion and drive for helping workers stem from his own life experiences and personal observations. Before turning to the law, Nick spent time working for his family’s cement company and is a former member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the United Steelworkers, and the United Food and Commercial Workers.
During his time at the University of San Diego School of Law, Nick Ferraro served as an editor of California Business Practice, was a member of the San Diego Law Review, and secured a prestigious judicial externship with a federal judge in the District Court for the Southern District of California. His passion for labor law really began to take hold when he spent as a research assistant for a renowned labor and employment law professor.
At Ferraro Vega Employment Lawyers, Nick represents workers in individual lawsuits, class actions, PAGA claims, and arbitrations involving all labor and employment disputes. He regularly handles cases involving wage and hour disputes, employee misclassification, retaliation, sexual harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
