I am business attorney and senior litigator at Bianchi Brandt. I have served and continue to serve clients in a variety of industries, including cannabis, insurance, commercial real estate, communications, entertainment, healthcare and wellness, hospitality, and transportation and logistics. In recent years, I have represented clients in several multi-million dollar actions and litigated a wide variety of different matters. However, I also handle transactions, contract formation, mergers & acquisitions, and serve as outside counsel to companies with regard to general business transactions and employment matters.

I am licensed in Arizona and my Utah Bar application is pending. With that said, myself and the other members of my firm are also licensed in California and New Mexico. With that said, I have also handled litigation matters in other courts across the United States, including Colorado, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

I have been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2016. I live in Phoenix with my wife and two children. Despite mylongstanding ties to Arizona, I remain an avid Minnesota Vikings and Twins fan in good times and in bad. If am not in the office, feel free to look for meat the golf course.
