Biography

Nicholas is a lifelong citizen of Frostburg, Maryland. Amid a successful career as a police officer and Chief of Police, Nicholas attended law school, graduated with highest honors, and passed the Maryland bar examination on the first attempt, becomming licensed to practice law in 2021. After operating a successful solo law practice in Frostburg, he joined with Attorney Brandon J. Hoover to form Costello & Hoover, LLC, with offices in Frostburg and Grantsville. Nicholas practices primarily in the areas of family law, guardianships, and general civil litigation.
