Nicholas Kunz is a patent lawyer who advises on both domestic and foreign prosecution. He is experienced in drafting patent applications, trademark applications, appeal briefs, responses and declarations, as well as conducting interviews with examiners.

Nicholas has advised on patents related to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, aerospace technology, software, semiconductors, lithium ion batteries, artificial fabrics and isolated DNA sequences.

Additionally, Nicholas has experience in intellectual property litigation related to patent, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as various other litigation matters.

During law school, Nicholas interned with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also has experience as a materials engineer intern.
