Biography

I am a member of the firm practicing in the areas of civil litigation, banking and licensing. I have significant trial and appellate experience representing financial institutions on a daily basis.

I represent lenders in the documentation and closing of commercial real estate loan transactions throughout the country.

I developed the firm’s administrative and liquor licensing practice from scratch, advising and representing numerous national restaurants and grocers on all matters related to liquor licenses in Iowa.
