A native of Augusta, Georgia, Nick Utley received his undergraduate and masters degrees from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.  In 2009, he earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School, where he was a member of the law review, and competed on the school’s mock trial team.  Nick has committed his practice to representing the injured, ensuring that they receive justice, and are treated fairly by the insurance companies.

Nick was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2009, and is licensed in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia.  He has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and the Southern Districts of Georgia.  Nick is happily married to his wife, Carolann.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and being outdoors.
