Advocate for father's rights in divorce and custody cases.

Nichole Woodburn has been an attorney with the Isaak Law Firm since January of 2017. Prior to being admitted to the Alabama Bar, Nichole graduated from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law cum laude. While in law school, she served as an editor for the Faulkner Law Review and as a Dean’s Fellow. Nichole obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Troy University, where she graduated summa cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Alexandrian. In 2016, Nichole authored a law review article entitled “NSA Surveillance and Interference with Citizens’ Property Rights” in the Faulkner Law Review. Nichole's advocacy for father's rights in child custody stems from her experience as the daughter of an active duty soldier for the United States Army who gained custody of his children.
