As a former prosecutor, I have a vast amount of experience in the courtroom having appeared in court countless times for hearings, motions and trials. That experienced has carried over into private practice, where my comfort and experience in the courtroom have helped me effectively advocate for my client's needs. I do not consider myself just a litigator, but a trial attorney.

My practice focuses primarily on probate matters, specializing in probate litigation, will and trust contests, contested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings and probate administration. I have assited individuals who have find themselves being left with the responsibility of serving as the personal representative for a loved one's estate, as well those who find that testamentary documents, such as will as trusts, have been possibly changed by fraud, undue influence or some other improper manner.
