I have almost 20 years of experience practicing law. I focus my practice on commercial leasing, commercial and residential acquisition and sales, entity formation and estate planning.

I have represented both landlords and tenants in all types of leases: office, warehouse, retail, big box, mall and restaurant. Additionally, I have represented purchasers, sellers and lenders in all types of transactions including: office complexes, office buildings, hotels, warehouses, raw land, gas stations, shopping centers, manufacturing plants and mult-family/apartment buildings.

I have reviewed and negotiated all types of contracts including licenses, cell phone towers, and employment contracts.

I prepare wills, trusts, guardianship papers, living wills and power of attorneys.
