Witnessing the considerable relief that comes as a result of having an effective legal advocate to address these events, has fueled Nik’s passion for areas of law that help bring people to a better place in their lives.

Whether by helping clients wipe out massive medical or credit card debt, preparing a will, solving the complex issues of an aging parent, or completing an adoption,  Nik’s genuine compassion and years of experience will ensure the best possible result for his clients. He operates a small and lean practice – with an emphasis on giving clients personal attention  – and that is what sets him apart.

Nik graduated from The University of Montana School of law in 1995. Since then, he has been involved in a wide range of practices –criminal defense, elder law, bankruptcy, contract disputes, family law, commercial litigation, and estate planning. His current practice focuses on bankruptcy, estate planning, and elder law.
