Nisha has provided representation to individuals in connection with contested and uncontested Dissolution of Marriage actions including causes of actions in family law cases relating to custody, child support, Post-Judgment Motions to Modify Orders in the Family Division of the Superior Court, Temporary Restraining Orders, and other family-related cases.
