Currently assistant general counsel and head of corporate compliance at a leading eCommerce SaaS provider, with primary legal responsibility over corporate governance, securities, corporate compliance, enterprise risk management, equity compensation programs and other corporate law matters, in addition to supporting the board of directors and corporate secretarial function, corporate development, investor relations, marketing, finance and accounting and other areas of the business. Significant prior experience as a deal lawyer at a top NY law firm leading large corporate transactions, including IPOs, spin-offs, leveraged finance transactions, M&A and other transactions, in addition to advising clients on securities law and exchange compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate law matters.
