I am the President and Chief Legal Counsel of Executive Legal Professionals, PLLC ("ExecutiveLP®"). ExecutiveLP® provides packages of ongoing legal services on a subscription basis (a flat, regular fee) to business clients, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established businesses of any size. As an entrepreneur, myself, with substantial work experience in a wide variety of fields, including property management, retail, outsourcing, commercial sales, technical support, consulting, and research, to name a few, I easily relate well to entrepreneurs, business owners, and business managers. I enjoy working with business decision-makers to create custom packages of legal services for their businesses.

As the National Center for Preventive Law Aspect of Practice Leader for Start-ups and Small Businesses, a major focus of my practice is on a preventive legal approach to business law. Whenever possible, Executive Legal Professionals strives to help businesses analyze, assess, and address legal risis before they become expensive legal problems.

I have won the TN Supreme Court's Attorney for Justice for multiple consecutive years, including 2015 and 2016. In law school, I earned the 2010 Economic Analysis of Law Scholar of Merit award. I am qualified both to conduct and to represent clients in mediations.
