Olivia grew up on her family’s acreage just outside Taylor, North Dakota. After graduating from Richardton-Taylor High School, Olivia attended South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. In 2014, she obtained a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Business Economics with minors in Accounting and Communications. Olivia went on to receive her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE in 2017.

Olivia’s primary practice areas include probate and estates, municipal law, business maintenance, and real estate transactions. She is currently licensed in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys hunting or fishing and spending time outdoors with her husband Ethan, their twin daughters, and their dog Shinobi.
