Osvaldo F. Torres is a 1987 graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of The Penn Law Forum. He is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, has an 10 rating from Lawyergist, ranked a Top 15 EB-5 Securities Attorney by EB5 Investors Magazine and has been recognized by his peers as one of the Florida Legal Elite™.

Mr. Torres is a New York City law firm trained corporate and securities attorney with over 35 years of significant experience in complex transactional matters, including the public and private placement of securities, mergers and acquisiotn and sophisticated financing matters (for both lenders and borrowers). Mr. Torres has served as lead counsel on numerous real estate offerings, including multifamly and ground up development and is nationally recognized as a top securities attorney in the EB-5 Program space.
