Otis N. Ofori directs Henley Park Capital’s management criteria, evaluating all business opportunities from a growth perspective. He is focused on helping Henley Park maximize the returns for the general partnership along with collaboration solutions with a focus on value creation.

Prior to co-founding Henley Park, Mr. Ofori was a Director at Greenhall, a private investment firm. Mr. Ofori began his career as corporate attorney and Principal for an asset management firm and also worked at Winston & Strawn LLP in their Corporate Group. He was formerly a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analyst, where he advised a number of companies on various corporate transactions and divestitures.

Mr. Ofori is a licensed attorney by the Virginia State and Massachusetts State Bar. Mr. Ofori currently serves as a member of a number of non-profits including Capital Partners for Education (CPE) and National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC).
