Biography

I focus primarily on Elder Law, including Medicaid planning and applications, wills, trusts and probate. I work in Hancock, Shelby, Madison, Henry, Rush, Hamilton and Marion Counties. I have worked in Insurance Defense, including general liability, property and auto. I also have experience with complex construction loss cases, class actions and appeals. I have practiced in the Indiana and Michigan Circuit Courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States Court - Southern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals - Seventh Circuit.
