Mr. Nordini is one of the few lawyers in the United States that have argued custody issues before the U.S. Supreme Court.  He provids strategic approaches to settlement and tactful litigation strategy to achieve the best outome for his clients and their family.  Mr. Nordini believes that the outcome in Court is a measure of his dedication and research based approach to family law disputes. He practices in Divorce, Custody, and UCCJEA litigation in multiple jurisdictions. 

Mr. Nordini has conference room privleges throughout Illinois, with a primary focus within the Chicago-land area.  His main office is located in Naperville, Illinois and he has two satelite offices in Oak Brook and in the Loop near the Daley Center.  Mr. Nordini's focus is on achieving dynamic courtroom results while streamlining the litigation process to save clientele from the customary heavy costs and expense of litigation.  He's known for saying "divorces neither have to be ugly nor expensive" as a mantra on how divorces and custody cases should be handled by lawyers and the family law system.  

When not working on his case files, Mr. Nordini enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, sailing, and typing out many unfinished books.
