Parastoo Golesorkhi Zahedi is a solo practitioner who has been practicing immigration law since 1989. Ms. Zahedi’s practice ranges from deportation, asylum, and citizenship issues to all employment based immigration matters, and family based immigration. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, having served on the Executive Committee of the Washington D.C. Chapter as its Chair for 2007-2008. Before her election as Chapter Chair, she served as the Treasurer, Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair Elect. She has also served as a presenter and panel member at local and national AILA conferences as well as speaking to the criminal defense bar associations in MD, DC and VA.
