I am the Principal Attorney at Partovi Law LLC., a boutique immigration law firm in northern Virginia. I practice in the areas of employment-based immigration, asylum, family-based immigration and naturalization. I have extensive experience with preparing and filing employment-based immigrant visa applications for skilled workers (EB-3), professionals (EB-2), outstanding professors and researchers, multinational managers and executives, as well as individuals with extraordinary ability (EB-1). I am also well versed in preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions (including H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN), affirmative asylum applications, family based immigrant petitions, as well as naturalization applications before the USCIS.
