Parham is a Personal Injury Attorney with an office in Arizona and Washington. Parham has extensive experience representing clients who have been hurt by the negligence of others. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
