Patrick Barrett is an attorney representing whistleblowers who expose corporate and government fraud as well as plaintiffs who sustain serious injuries due to the negligence of others. His practice areas also include product liability, antitrust, personal injury, environmental tort, breach of contract and nursing home litigation.

Licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Mississippi and Texas, Patrick has fought for the rights of consumers in complex civil litigation throughout the United States for over twenty years.

Patrick is a member of the Tennessee Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Tennessee Association for Justice, and Taxpayers Against Fraud. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
