Biography
Pat is an associate in our Fargo office and focuses his practice on civil litigation actions in state and federal court. Pat also has extensive experience practicing in federal bankruptcy court, including numerous adversary actions.
Pat grew up in Fargo and attended Shanley High School. He went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN, majoring in history with a minor in political science. While there, he studied abroad in Greece and Italy and played football for John Gagliardi (NCAA all-time winningest coach). After graduation, he interned in Sen. Kent Conrad’s Washington, D.C. office. Pat graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While in law school, he participated in the consumer bankruptcy clinic, the Minnesota Moot Court competition, and held a judicial externship. He also interned in the Fargo Public Defender’s Office. Following law school, Sinner clerked for Judge Edward T. Wahl in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District (Hennepin County), Family Court division.
Pat resides in Fargo with his wife, Erin, and their three children. In his spare time, Pat enjoys spending time with family, reading, cooking, traveling, and learning Italian.
