I have had experience in litigation of many areas of law.  I have handled civil litigation including family law, tort, medical malpractice, bankruptcy and real estate law.  I have handled matters and been successful in each of those areas of law both in the trial court and in the appellate courts.  The last few years I have limitied my practice to Family Law, auto accident and appeals.

In 1998 I was named a Top Attorney in Family Law by the San Diego Daily Transcript.  The selection of Top Attorney was made nomination and voting by other San Diego County family law attorneys.  I have taught semnars to attorneys on issues of child custody, collection of child support and trial procedures.
