Biography

I am a life long resident of Griffin, Georgia and a 2001 Honor Graduate of Griffin High School. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2005. I then graduated from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2009 where I was awarded the Custer-Tuggle Award for excellence in the study of family law. I practice law at The Shepherd Law Offices, LLC where I am a partner with my father, Timothy N. Shepherd. I am married to Robin Shepherd and we are expecting our first child in June 2014. When not practicing law I spend my time fishing, hunting, golfing and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.
