Mr. Salt has resided in Colorado Springs since 1969. Before changing careers and going to law school, Pat taught and coached at local high schools.

Mr. Salt has been an active trial attorney since 1983 and has tried many cases in several counties thoughout Colorado. Additionally, Pat is a part time Municipal Court Judge for The City of Colorado Springs.

Serving the community of Colorado Springs is important to Pat and his family. Pat has been a youth basketball coach and Boy Scout leader. He has served on The Board of Directors for Colorado Springs Teen Court and presently serves on The Board of Directors for The Air Academy School District 20 Foundation. He has also volunteered to serve on several committees fo The El Paso County Bar Association. Mr. Salt enjoys spending time with his family and participates in sporting activities, particular golf.

Additionally, Mr. Salt has been a representative for The El Paso County Bar Association to the Colorado Bar Association and formerly was a Trustee to The Board of Directors for the El Paso County Bar Association. Mr. Salt is an A+ rated attorney as rated by Martindale Hubbell, a company that uses an objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability, generated by valuations of lawyers and other members of the bar and judiciary in the United States and Canada.
