In addition to my years of experience as an attorney, I also have many years of experience (11+) as a paralegal which has provided me with a rare skill set; I understand how to get things done with our user-unfriendly legal system.  This combination of skills plays a critical role in our firm's ability to serve our clients as my four paralegals, who have a combined legal experience in excess of 70 years, are more than able to navigate our legal system efficiently.

I attended high school and college in Thurston County; I have been a resident of Thurston County for more than 35 years.  I am a veteran of the United States Air Force having served on active duty during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  I am active in my local church, serving in a leadership role.  

I enjoy outdoor pursuits: hiking, camping, hunting, fishing and the like.  I have competed  in track at the collegiate level as well as tennis on a regional level.  I enjoy the competitive nature of athletics as well as a good fight in court.
