Patrick Waters is an experienced attorney with more than 12 years of criminal and civil law courtroom experience. Patrick is proud to be a member of the Bismarck-Mandan community. Prior to starting his private law practice, he served as a defense attorney and prosecutor for the State of North Dakota. During his time as a defense attorney, he managed over 2,000 cases from intake to deposition. His cases included both violent and non-violent felony and misdemeanor charges. As a prosecutor, Patrick focused on serious personal crimes, many of which involved significant consequences for a defendant who was ultimately convicted. With his strong background and experience, Patrick opened Heartland Law Office to serve those needing his help the most.
