Experience in Probate includes Drafting Applications for Probate of Will, Hearings on Application to Admit Will to Probate, Hearings and Proceedings on Applications to Determine Heirship and Applications to Administer Estate When There is No Will, Draft Notice to Beneficiaries, Draft Notice to Creditors, and Prepare Inventories for Submission by Estate.
