I am a former prosecutor and Army officer now in the private practice of law.  In the Army, I was an infanrty officer and Army ranger; as a prosecutor I was the chief of felony prosecutions for the Staten Island District Attorney.  I have tried murder, assault, narcotics and other felony cases.  I supervised the eight attorneys who prosecuted these felonies, to inlcude drunk driving and other vehicular offenses.  As a prosecutor, I was awarded the Dewey medal by the Bar Assoication of the City of New York in 2008.  I worked in the White House Counsel's Office during the Iran Contra prosecutions.  I have extensive experience in criminal matters.

I am in a law practice with my son and also handle real estate, wills, and matrimonial matters.
