In 2010, Mr. Krasker formed the Homeowners Assistance Division (HAD) of his law office to provide help for homeowners with distressed real estate. The Homeowners Assistance Division assists with loan modifications, short sale negotiations, foreclosure defense and related services. To date, HAD has assisted more than 1,000 owners to obtain some form of relief.
