Biography
Paul Shoucair founded The Law Offices of Paul Shoucair, P.A. in 2002. He is an attorney with over 22 years of litigation experience along with 10 years serving as a circuit mediator in Florida's courts. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida. He also serves as a mediator in federal court and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
He received his law degree from the University of Florida. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Accounting. While in law school he was the Chairman of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Board and a member of the Order of Barristers. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Mr. Shoucair has represented a wide range of individual and corporate clients in complex litigation matters including numerous medical malpractice, nursing home, and wrongful death claims. He also represents consumers and businesses in insurance denials and disputes as well as other business and commercial disputes.
He has presented continuing education lectures to nurses in a Legal Nurse Consulting Certification Program held at the University of Central Florida. He has also spoken at seminars sponsored by the Central Florida Dietary Managers Association on issues related to care of residents at nursing homes and assisted living facilities (ALF's).
