Paul Overson has 25 years of experience delivering quality legal advice and representation for a wide variety of personal and business concerns.  Paul is a versatile attorney who prefers to apply his creativity and problem-solving skills to personal or business legal issues without creating undue animosity between the parties or attorneys.  That said, he is ready, willing and able to zealously litigate personal and business disputes where necessary.  Prior to forming Coodin & Overson Law Offices with Steven Coodin in 2005, Paul Overson spent 17 years refining his skills in both small and large law firm settings. 

Paul lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, and enjoys golf and hockey, as well as skiing and snowboarding with his wife and children.
