Paul E. (Trip) Swain has achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating, AV, recognizing him for his high legal ability and ethical standards in the practice of law.  With over 30 years of experience in the legal field, Paul represents clients in a variety of legal matters including adoption, guardianships, probate, estate planning and business law, placing great emphasis on honest and responsive communication with clients.

Paul is a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys (AAAA) and is a Master of the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton chapter of the American Inns of Court.  He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma in 1982, the Eastern District of Oklahoma in 1983 and the Western District of Oklahoma in 1998. 

Paul E. 'Trip' Swain is activily engaged in numerous civic organizations, including the Rotary Club of Tulsa, and he serves as chairman of the board of Heritage Family Services Adoption Agency.  Mr. Swain is a past chairman and board member of the Ronald McDonald Charities of Tulsa and currently is a member of the Ronald McDonald Charities Advisory Board.  He is also a former member of the board of Deacons of the First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa.
