After 15+ years of in-house IP Law experience, I ventured forth to set up a solo practice. I am accepting new clients needing patent drafting, prosecution, or opinion work. I also handle many trademark registrations and opinions.  I also practice in the areas of copyrights and trade secret protection. These areas are governed by federal law for the most part.  Therefore I can work with inventors and companies throughout the US and even with foreign clients.  The technical areas I am most experienced in include: general engineering including mechanical devices and systems; chemistry and chemical engineering including materials, composites, formulations, and processes.
