Paul N. Jones served as an Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) where he represented the Bureau in labor employment matters in Washington D.C. and Dallas, Texas. While at the FBI, he maintained a top secret/SCI clearance. Paul also served the citizens of Texas as the General Counsel of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). As TWC’s chief legal advisor he directed, planned, developed, coordinated, and managed all legal activities of the TWC. Prior to becoming the General Counsel of the TWC, he was a Litigation Attorney for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division (ICE), in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Jones also was a Litigation Attorney for the U.S. Department of Energy in both Albuquerque, New Mexico and Washington, D.C. where he maintained a top secret clearance.
