And, Paul has also proudly served for 27 years in military service, splitting his time as a crewman, engineer and boarding officer at a small boat rescue station for the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve and later, as Command Judge Advocate for the 103d Field Artillery Brigade and as the Deputy State Judge Advocate for the RI Army National Guard.
