Biography
I, Attorney Paul Cranston, was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1989 after graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia. I also obtained my B.S. in Accounting from West Virginia University. I am a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, as well as the West Virginia Association for Justice. I began my time as a legal professional serving the Honorable Franklin D. Cleckley as a law clerk. In 1995 I co-founded Cranston & Edwards, PLLC with Bryan Edwards and have continued to represent the victims of an accident and their family through strong, dependable legal service.
I have an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® which is the highest ranking available and is a recognition based on the reviews of my professional peers. This is a significant accomplishment because it is from those who work in my same field and understand the dedication that I put in to each case. During my almost 25 years of experience I have been able to take on all types of cases, having the chance to represent individuals faced with a range of issues to obtain the just outcome that they are owed.
My clients are more than just a case to me and I discuss their circumstances and get to know the individuals that I am representing. As a family man myself, I also understand the devastation that can be faced by family members who have lost a loved one. I make every effort to alleviate the hardship my clients are faced with and to provide them with quality, compassionate service. This includes coming to your house or the hospital if you are unable to make it to my office.
