Paul has amassed extensive criminal trial experience, with more than 50 jury trials at the misdemeanor and felony level in his relatively brief career. A few of Paul's favorite and notable victories include a not guilty verdict obtained for a client in a two count capital criminal sexual conduct trial in Cass County in the summer of 2014, a not guilty verdict won in a felony domestic violence trial in Berrien County in November of 2015 in which the allegation was that the offense was committed inside the Courthouse and the witnesses were courthouse employees, and a not guilty won in an trial for misdemeanor Aggravated Domestic Vioence in Niles, Michigan in early 2012 in which extensive photographic and physical evidence were presented by the People. 

One of Attorney Jancha's favorite areas of practice is that of drivers license restoration. He is well versed in the Michigan Secretary of State Driver License Appeal Division (Administrative Hearings Section) policies and procedures relating to driver license suspension/revocation/denial, habitual offender revocations (alcohol and motor vehicle related felonies) and the appeal and reinstatement of privileges following such suspension/revocations/denials. 

Paul lives in St. Joseph, Michigan with his wife, Monica, and their two sons, William and Gabriel. He is a member of the Berrien County Bar Association.
