Paul T. Moxley is a shareholder in the Durham Jones & Pinegar's litigation section. Mr. Moxley has been engaged in the practice of law since 1973 and handles all sorts of complex matters including securities litigation, civil and criminal, products liability matters, intellectual property and a wide array of commercial litigation. Following law school, he was a law clerk to David Lewis who was Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit for the United States Circuit Court.

Paul Moxley was “Distinguished Lawyer of the Year” by the Utah State Bar for 2009-2010.  Paul Moxley is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics. He is a past President of the Utah State Bar, the National Conference of Bar Presidents and has served in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association.
