Peng is an attorney at Li Law Group. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law (J.D.) and University of Nebraska Colelge of Business (M.B.A). His areas of focus include immigration law, family law, and business litigation. Prior to founding his firm, Peng worked at the Nebraska Supreme Court as a Public Guardian Associate Counsel. He also clerked for the Nebraksa Department of Labor and UNL Enturepreurship Legal Clinic during law school. 

He is admitted to practice in the courts of state of Nebraks and in the U.S. District Court of Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and a member of Nebraska Supreme Court Techonlogy Committe. Attorney Li primarily practices civil litigation, business, and immigration & removal defense.
