Biography
Professional Experience
Perry Wilson concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial litigation and construction law and litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Practice Group and Construction Law Practice Group. As part of his corporate and business law practice, Perry serves as general legal counsel for a number of businesses in Arkansas. He has negotiated and formalized the sales and acquisitions of numerous small and mid-sized businesses. He has litigated over 35 jury trials to verdict during his career, and he has significant experience in handling multi-party, multi-district litigation. From 2000 to 2002, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas. Perry joined the firm in 2002.
